Bear Bulletin Board Ideas
Did You Nap Today?
Encourage your little nappers to catch some z's with this fun incentive.
At students' eye level,
mount a laminated bed-shaped cutout on a wall
of your room. Then mount a quilt-patterned
border around the bed and
attach a construction paper pillow cutout atop the bed. For each
child,
personalize a laminated teddy bear cutout. Cut one piece of
self-adhesive Velcro for
each cutout. Attach the hook side of each
Velcro piece to the back of a bear cutout. Mount
the loop side of each
piece on the bed cutout. Place the teddy bear cutouts on a table near
the corner. Each day after naptime, have each child who napped place
his teddy bear on
the bed. Parents can check the display each day to
see if their children caught some z's!
