Upside-down Cake
Easy Pineapple Upside-down Cake 9x13 pan
Melt about 2/3-3/4 cube margarine in pan.
Sprinkle brown sugar over margarine until there is a layer of it in
the bottom of the pan.
You can use pineapple tidbits, chunks or rounds. Spread pineapple
over brown sugar.
It looks really cool of you use rounds and put a cherry in the center.
Prepare a white cake mix (Duncan Hines or Betty Crocker or whatever
brand you use)
and poor into pan. Put it in the oven according to directions on
box.
Take it out and flip it upside down on a cookie sheet or some other
flat pan that
will hold a 9x13 cake. Cut and serve with cool whip. It's really good
warm! Mmmmmm!
