Edible Fishbowl

Clean glass fishbowl
3 (6 ounce) packages blueberry gelatin
1 cup grapes
Gummy fish, worms, sharks

Prepare blueberry gelatin according to the directions and refrigerate until
 partially set. Meanwhile decorate the ocean floor (bottom of fish bowl) with
 berries. This is the rocky bottom. Spoon the blue gelatin (water) over the
 fruit. Push gummy fish, worms, sharks, etc. into the gelatin
 with wooden skewer stick. Place in the refrigerator to chill.

 

Egg Free Cake

3 cups flour
6 Tablespoons cocoa
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon salt
10 Tablespoons cooking oil
2 Tablespoons vinegar
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups cold water

Mix all the dry ingredients together and then add
 liquid ingredients. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes.

Here is an Egg Free Frosting recipe too:

1 box powdered sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
8 oz cream cheese
1/8 tsp. salt

tiny bit of milk

 

Elephant's Jug

1 cup milk
1/4 cup peanut butter (crunchy or smooth)
1 ripe banana
2 teaspoons granulated sugar
4 ice cubes

Combine all ingredients, except ice cubes, in blender and blend until smooth.
Add ice and blend just until ice is crushed. Pour into 2 glasses and serve immediately.

 

English Muffins 

Toast English muffins.  Let the children put on butter,
peanut butter – if allowed, jelly, or honey with a plastic knife.
